We offer a wide range of community participation support opportunities. Our fitness programs are aimed at those who want to improve their health and well-being.


With the assistance of our friendly and experienced staff, you could be taking part in the fitness activities listed below in a safe and fun filled environment!

Take part in individualised gym programs created and supervised by an accredited Personal Trainer and/or Exercise Physiologist to achieve your goals. Tailored exercises and sessions as a whole are created to ensure participant needs and objectives are met. Our qualified staff create a safe and welcoming environment so that participants feel comfortable at all times. 

Take part in individual or group classes outside of the gym. Parks and beaches are great spaces for participants to exercise outdoors. Our qualified Personal Trainer and/or Exercise Physiologist ensure sessions are personalised for everyone’s needs and abilities. It is a great opportunity to improve physical and mental wellbeing whilst interacting and having fun in a group setting. 

Join in one of our all abilities sport sessions which are run by our qualified staff in an inclusive environment where we can facilitate the conduction of sport sessions in a safe and positive space for everyone. Learn new skills, improve your fitness and make new friends in one of our weekly fun sport sessions.

Improve your fitness and mental health by joining one of our social walking groups run by our qualified staff. Walk to different locations, see and experience new places whilst developing your communication skills and making new friends at your own pace.
